We had the top floor suite. We loved the location, the multiple decks and the bed was very comfy. Would recommend this room. Staff was friendly.

Clean room however it seemed old and tired and needs some

It was amazing. The house is extremely cute, comfortable and perfectly located in the centre of Provincetown. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and varied. It was a very unique and unforgettable experience.

Amazing stay- would return!

This B&B is located minutes from the pier and central to everything. We had to park 2 blocks away, but we never once had to use the car during our stay. We had access to 2 decks and the staff are all very friendly and cheerful. The only downside is that the rooms are not well sound insulated.

When we first looked at this Inn, we were immediately struck by how well maintained it is, and when we passed through its gate onto the grounds we thought we had somehow been transported to Shangri La. An outdoor pool and hot tub, a lovely water fountain, lush vegetation and spotless clean comfortable outdoor furniture make up the Oasis. Then when we got to our suite, we saw that the attention to detail continued. The bed was extremely comfortable and the warm bathrobes added that little extra...

As a precious Innkeeper/owner of a 5 star property in Canada I will say I had Déjà vu and loved staying here - Elliot is a consummate host and his attention to detail shows throughout - Proeprty is immaculate, amenities are great, rooms are spacious and well appointed and breakfast was delish. We are booking for 2027! This is a must place to stay and quick walk to all P-town has to offer

Beautiful, small property in the heart of Provincetown. Walking distance to the main street area.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Really cute spot in Ptown.

The staff were amazing...very friendly. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. The location of this hotel is awesome! If you stay, definitely plan to have dinner at the restaurant as the food is wonderful.

Beautiful property, great location

Lovely!

The property was great and room was great. We had the Collette room which was at back of the property that had access to a nice little patio. The place was quite even with others staying in thr property. The one feedback I would say is that leading up to the stay, there was a lot of phone calls, text, email and messages which made it a bit overwhelming. Sometimes one call to confirm the booking is enough, followed by a confirmation email. Otherwise everything was great. The staff and...
